Luebke & Vogt counts on the expertise of its employees and 50 years of know-how for another core process: the development of rubber compounds. We will find the right compound for every application whether that be from our database of 1,000+ formulas or as a new, customer-specific development.

These are the materials whose properties and characteristics are tailored to the specific application and product requirements.

Our compounds meet the requirements and specifications of OEMs such as Daimler, Ford, GM, Toyota, VW and more.  Additionally, we have compounding recipes that are used in food and drinking water applications.

We have up to date approvals according to the German elastomer guideline, DVGW, W 270, WRAS, BfR and the FDA.  The compositions of our compounds comply with all REACH and RoHS guidelines, too.

Our in-house laboratory with mechanical testing, media storage, TGA (thermogravimetric analysis), and flammability tests ensures all specifications are met and continuously monitored.
