We limit ourselves in terms of part dimensions, but not in quality. With a maximum size of a matchbox, we produce more than 1.8 billion parts every year. These include our standard and off the shelf parts which we produce to the same high standards as we apply to the customer specific parts or typical fields of application.

BALLS
We manufacture balls in diameters starting from 2.3 mm size as solid rubber parts or with core inserts, deburred, vibratory ground or smoothened.
2-shot (over-mold)
2-shot elastomer parts are products consisting of two or more components. For us we use rubber over metal or plastic.
